Waiting for Harvest

Dawnine, our winemaker, is carefully watching both the grapes and the weather to be sure we harvest at the best possible time. The sugar levels are rising and the flavor development is good. That means we could harvest the Malbec and Merlot the week of Oct 10. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot will follow later. We will keep you posted!
